Monte Verde apartments are the envy of La Manga Club offering the best views of La Manga Club, Mar Menor, La Manga and surrounding areas. The lounge has huge french windows taking you out to the furnished terrace. Theres a large corner sofa, awning and gas fired BBQ for dining al-fresco in the warm barmy air.
Seating 4 comfortably on the leather sofas you will find it hard to drag yourself away from the ever changing vistas. There is a large dining table where you can enjoy a home cooked meal if you dont fancy venturing out and the TV has a full English TV package.
Kitchen
The kitchen in this apartment is contemporary, clean and clutter free with everything having its place. Ample soft close cabinetry houses a vast array of cooking equipment. So if you fancy cooking up a storm you will find everything close to hand. The large american double fronted fridge freezer ensures the wine and lager are cooled to perfection and there is more than enough room for a little cheeky bit of ice cream as well. The microwave and electric oven are eye level so no bending down to see if your food is cooked. Theres an electric extractor fan and all the cooking appliances are high end including the dishwasher and washing machine. The kettle and toaster are supplied as standard.
Primary Bedroom//Ensuite
The primary bedroom is large and bright with sunlight flooding in through the patio doors and large windows. There is a large double bed that is shouldered with bedside cabinets and plenty of storage space in the ample wardrobes to house all your holiday essentials. If you dont like to have the ac on during your stay there is a large overhead fan. The ensuite bathroom has a large corner shower, full length bath and dual aspect hand wash basins with a large overhead vanity mirror. A hairdryer is supplied for your convenience.
Twin Bedroom
The twin bedroom is spacious with single beds that can be adapted to kingsize if required. There are floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The bedroom also benefits from a large overhead fan.
Family Bathroom
In the family bathroom youll find a large corner shower, toilet and dual hand wash basins
Solarium
If your looking to make the most of the sun and views then you have hit the jackpot with this huge solarium. Sun loungers, dining table and a large corner sofa take centre stage. The views literally change on a daily basis at this penthouse and you will find it hard to drag yourself away.
Not only does this community have 2 swimming pools but the added bonus of an indoor heated pool that can be used all year round.
