If needed, the villa rental is truly child friendly. Provided free of charge are two travel cots with proper mattresses (with twins in mind) stair gates, two high chairs, two booster seats, bumbo & tray, steam steriliser, listening monitors, two bed guards, plastic plates and cutlery, potties, bath mats, changing mat, bath toys, swimming aids/floaties and socket covers.
The property is beautifully furnished with a spacious lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and cloakroom on the first floor. The four bedrooms are situated on the lower floor All rooms have air conditioning/heating. The master bedroom has an ensuite, TV, IPod docking station and door leading to the gardens and pool. The Master bedroom has room for two cots or a child’s bed. It can also be made up as two single beds if preferred. There are 2 further twin bedrooms (which can be made up as singles or King size beds) one with a further en-suite. The fourth bedroom has a single bed with a full sized single bed underneath. When both beds are used they are most appropriate for two children.
In the lounge area there is a flat screen TV with over 52 satellite channels with IPod Docking Station, DVD/CD player with films, music and games for children and adults. There is complimentary wi-fi internet access during your stay.
Patio doors from the lounge lead to the extended terrace with a barbecue and awning over the dining furniture for al fresco eating and has views of the Mar Menor and beyond.
