Los Molinos comprises 150 villas, which vary in size between one and three bedrooms. The community is set in a slightly elevated position with views towards the Mar Menor Sea. One of the most attractive features is the lovely community swimming pool with feature bridge, which becomes the heart of the community from May to October. Los Molinos or “The Windmills” is a charming community. It’s community pool with feature waterfall, separate children’s pool, poolside bar and seasonal restaurant is it’s focal point. The villa rentals are in traditional Spanish style, feature barbecue terraces with un-spoilt views of La Manga Club and beyond to the Mar Menor.
The jewel in the Los Molinos crown must be the fantastic swimming pool located right in the centre of this great community. Twisting flower and plant lined paths take you through mature landscaped gardens to the huge tropical swimming pool. It is like no other on La Manga Club with a waterfall, picturesque crossing bridge and dotted around are the traditional white windmills from this southern area of Spain. Put together this scene and hub of life at Los Molinos is one of the most attractive settings on La Manga Club. There is a separate children’s pool which means you can sunbathe happy in the knowledge that your children are safe. There is also a pool side bar open during the summer months where you can enjoy cool drinks and lunch time snacks without having to leave the comfort and peace of the pool and gardens area. You don’t even have to worry about the pool being crowded and busy as it is for the sole use of Los Molinos guests.

LOUNGE
The lounge is comfortably furnished with plenty of natural light coming in from the terrace. A luxurious green velvet sofa takes center stage. The dining area seats 6 with ease in case you want to enjoy a night in. There are english channels on the TV for you to feel at home. The room also features air conditioning and large ceiling fan.
KITCHEN
A well equipped kitchen with an ample supply of cooking untensils and all the other essentials including a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and oven.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has 2 single beds that can be adapted to kingsize if required. There is also air conditioning and ceiling fans and the bed is shouldered with bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and ample wardrobe space.
EN-SUITE
There are dual aspect hand wash basins and a large walk-in shower, wc and bidet.
BEDROOM 1
Again the bedroom is occupied by twin beds that can be adapted to king size if required. A ceiling fan and air conditioning.
FAMILY BATHROOM
The family bathroom has a hand wash basin with a large vanity mirror. This is where you will also find the washing machine and there is a large walk-in shower and WC

There are 3 terraces to choose from at this villa so if you need your own space it will be a hard decision to make. At the front of the property there is a furnished area that opens out to the mature gardens and grass of Los Molinos. Upstairs there is a rooftop solarium for topping up the tan and looking at the fantastic views of the Mar Menor. From the lounge there is another patio with table and chairs and a built in BBQ for enjoying dining al-fresco. The community of Los Molinos has a fantastic community swimming pool and the added bonus of a superb poolside restaurant serving exquisite food and wine.
