This beautiful and upgraded villa is located within the centrally located and popular Naranjos II Community, La Manga Club Resort. The villa offers ample living, sleeping, dining and relaxing space throughout. Guests have access to two communal pools, one of which is heated all year! All just steps from ground floor terrace.
Enter the villa directly into the open plan living and dining space which features sofa, TV, air conditioning, dining table and kitchen with island. This space leads out through the large glass patio doors to the terrace and pool and gardens. A modernised and comfortable double bedroom can also be found on the ground floor, as well as a family bathroom.
On the first floor are three of the four bedrooms. Another ample family bathroom can be found on this floor. The master bedroom offers a lovely balcony terrace to enjoy morning coffee overlooking the pool. The gardens surrounding the property include two pools, one of which is heated all year.
