Los Molinos comprises 150 villas, which vary in size between one and three bedrooms. The community is set in a slightly elevated position with views towards the Mar Menor Sea. One of the most attractive features is the lovely community swimming pool with feature bridge, which becomes the heart of the community from May to October. Los Molinos or “The Windmills” is a charming community. It’s community pool with feature waterfall, separate children’s pool, poolside bar and seasonal restaurant is it’s focal point. The villa rentals are in traditional Spanish style, feature barbecue terraces with un-spoilt views of La Manga Club and beyond to the Mar Menor.
The jewel in the Los Molinos crown must be the fantastic swimming pool located right in the centre of this great community. Twisting flower and plant lined paths take you through mature landscaped gardens to the huge tropical swimming pool. It is like no other on La Manga Club with a waterfall, picturesque crossing bridge and dotted around are the traditional white windmills from this southern area of Spain. Put together this scene and hub of life at Los Molinos is one of the most attractive settings on La Manga Club. There is a separate children’s pool which means you can sunbathe happy in the knowledge that your children are safe. There is also a pool side bar open during the summer months where you can enjoy cool drinks and lunch time snacks without having to leave the comfort and peace of the pool and gardens area. LOUNGE
On entering the villa you find yourself in the bright and breezy lounge. Here you will find ample dining space for 6 around the dining table. It is comfortably furnished with 2 cozy armchaires and a sofa all centered around a coffee table. The TV offers a full English TV package so you can keep upto date with all your latest soaps or sporting events. There is a large ceiling fan and the added bonus of air conditioning. There are patio doors leading out to a furnished sun terrace and built in bbq should you wish to dine al-fresco taking in the fabulous views of the resort.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need and more. A brand new full size fridge freezer dominates the space and is large enough to ensure your drinks are well chilled to perfection. There is a ceramic hob and extractor, electric oven and a full size dishwasher. After all, who wants to be doing the washing up whilst on holiday. And just incase you run out of things to wear during your stay there is a washing machine for your convenience. A kettle and toaster also feature for that all important tea and toast.
UPPER MASTER BEDROOM
On the top floor of this villa is the delightful Upper Master Bedroom. A whole en-suite shower room entirely for whoever is lucky enough to be sleeping here. The icing on the cake is the terrace and, there is nothing better than enjoying a morning coffee whilst taking in the vistas. The bed can be made as a superking or singles, whichever is preferred. This room benefits from ample wardrobe space to house all your holiday essentials and there is also a large chest of drawers. The bed is shouldered by bedside cabinets. The ensuite has a large corner shower unit. You will also find a WC, bidet, heated towel rail and hand wash basin with a large vanity mirror.
LOWER LEVEL BEDROOMS
On the lower level there are also 2 more bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. The twin room has 2 single beds which or course can be adapted to kingsize if required. There is a large ceiling fan and air conditioning for the warmer days. Floor to ceiling wardrobe space is also available and there are patio doors leading out to the rear grassed area.
FAMILY BATHROOM
In this bathroom you will find a walk in shower, wc and hand wash basin, a large vanity mirror and hairdryer.
LOWER MASTER BEDROOM
This bedroom is bright and airy and has a large super king which can be adapted to twins if required. There are floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Air conditioning, a ceiling fan or good old fresh air via the 2 windows is also an option if you find things are getting to hot.
The en-suite bathroom features an up-and-over shower facility. You can even soak your cares away in the full size bath. Theres a wc, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
