This stunning apartment has been recently modernised to a very high standard throughout and offers contemporary living. This three bedroom apartment rental is on the second floor and is beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. It is situated near to the outdoor pool with a pretty garden and pool view. Stairs from the ground floor level lead up to the apartment. Entrance into the wonderful, light and airy large open plan living room with wall mounted flat screen tv. Double aspect windows makes this a lovely area to sit and relax. There is a terrace off the living room with views to the outdoor Bellaluz pool.
The stunningly designed open plan kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave and large fridge/freezer. If offers granite counter tops with breakfast bar stools looking onto the light and airy open plan living area.
The master bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double if preferred with fitted wardrobes and full length windows making it very light and airy throughout. There is the added benefit of a terrace off this bedroom with lovely views of the resort.
The second and third bedrooms offer twin beds with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning throughout. All bedrooms share use of the separate modern, luxury and spacious family bathroom with large walk in shower.
