Luxury La Manga Club Penthouse Rental Apartment
Situated on the top row, set in landscaped gardens with views over the nearby hills, and close to the Los Olivos outdoor community pool, this stunning penthouse apartment offers three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms and has stunning views of La Manga Club and beyond to the Mar Menor and Mediterranean. The apartment is all on one level and has a large private terrace with electrically operated awning if you don’t always want the sun, with barbecue and dining furniture for al-fresco eating. It also benefits from a rooftop solarium with the addition of sun loungers to catch the all day long sunshine.
The apartment is set in a block of just six and, with the only adjoining property being below, is not subject to neighbouring noise. In addition to the outside space on the rooftop, the apartment has four additional terraces, including a dual aspect terraced lounge. The solarium offers lovely views of the resort, has seating for 6 people, sun loungers and a built in brick BBQ for those lazy summer evenings.
The delightful living and dining area is tastefully furnished and offers modern contemporary living with full satellite tv offering British tv channels.
There is a wonderful spacious, light & airy master bedroom with luxury en suite bathroom, comprising of a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a sun terrace.
