The well established gardens are enclosed by hedges giving the pool area a great deal of privacy. From the upper terrace are views over the South golf course and to the surrounding mountains.
Master Bedroom on first floor with king size bed, oversize terrace, large contemporary en-suite with walk-in shower and double basins.
Bedroom two on the ground floor has a king size bed with french doors leading to the courtyard.
Bedrooms three and four on the ground floor have twin beds and fitted wardrobes.
Two further bathrooms downstairs have walk-in showers and have recently been re-furbished in a contemporary style.
Beautiful modern fully fitted kitchen has been recently upgraded with granite worktops. Appliances include oven/grill, microwave, large American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, halogen hob and stainless steel canopy extractor. The utility room houses the washing machine, tumble drier, large drinks fridge, iron and ironing board.
The downstairs sitting room has a large flat screen tv, British TV channels and dvd player. French doors lead to the garden, outdoor pool and courtyard.
The second sitting room is situated upstairs with flat screen tv, wifi and the most fabulous views across La Manga Club and surrounding countryside.
A separate dining room with french doors leads to the garden, barbecue area and extra additional seating.
