This luxury Las Atalayas executive three bedroom villa has been fully renovated and finished to a very high standard with the most breathtaking views across the resort and beyond.
The villa is offered in a simplistic Nordic style with no expense spared. The villa is spacious, light and airy, and has everything you will need for your perfect holiday. The villa is furnished in a modern style, with white, chrome and black in keeping with the villa itself. The villa is air-conditioned throughout (separate units in each bedroom, living room and study).
WiFI is offered throughout the house which has an effective and reliable fibre connection.
The villa is south-west facing offering you sun all year round.
There are four floors, the highest floor accommodating the master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom and double sinks. Next to the master bedroom is a private study. The master bedroom has its own balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee whilst enjoying the panoramic views. The master bedroom also has its own tv. Both the master bedroom tv and the living room tv is operated fully via applications (no cable), ie Netflix and Prime etc.
The entrance level provides two further bedrooms. These two bedrooms share a family bathroom and separate toilet. One of the bedrooms has direct access onto the terrace.
The ground floor has an open plan living room with a separate dining area where you can easily seat six people.
The living room has a large TV as well as space for relaxation and socializing with your friends and family.
The stylish, luxurious kitchen is simply stunning and provides a microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob with integrated cooker hood. Airfyer and KitchenAid appliances (kettle, toaster, food processor, smoothie mixer) and a Nespresso coffee pod machine. The kitchen offers a filtered tap that gives you drinking water so you do not have to carry drinking water separately from the supermarket.
One of the most stunning features of this villa are the full height windows and doors leading from the living area onto the beautiful serene and tranquil terrace set around the hillside.
The spacious sun lounging area offers coverage with shade, two big sofas and table. The dining area seats up to eight people perfect for al fresco dining.
All windows are equipped with stylish blinds.
On the lowest level there is a small area for washing clothes, utility type of a room and a garage. The garage has inside direct connection into the house. For fitness enthusiasts you also have use of the custom built gym located on the lowest level of the villa!
