This corner plot, three bedroom, three bathroom townhouse in Hacienda del Golf is in a fabulous central location on La Manga Club. Within easy walking distance to a number of restaurants, shops and The Raquets Club.
GROUND FLOOR
When you first walk into the villa you cant quite get over how big the property is. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor and also 2 bathrooms . The primary bedroom has twin beds that can be adapted if you prefer a king sized bed. The beds are shouldered by bedside cabinets. 2 windows in this bedroom ensure plenty of light comes in. There is a chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes for all your holiday essentials. In the en-suite bathroom you will find a shower and an additional bath. There is also a bidet, WC and dual aspect hand wash basins with a large vanity mirror and a hairdryer.
The second bedroom is a twin room that can be easily adapted to king size if required. There is ample wardrobe space for all your holiday essentials and bedside cabinets. Patio doors lead you out to sun-loungers and the large social communal pool. The whole pool area is grassed and super safe for children.
FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor you will find the bright and airy lounge. Comfy sofas take centre stage here and with dual aspect windows the lounge is flooded with natural sunlight. There are 2 terraces of off the lounge which are both furnished and one has a BBQ. A full choice of English tv channels are available if you want to watch the latest footie match or additionally need a soap fix. If you fancy dining in during your stay the kitchen is well stocked with all the white goods and utensils you could wish for including a dishwasher and microwave. There is an additional untility room that houses the washing machine and a butlers sink. Patio doors from the lounge take you out to a furnished sun terrace. There are beautiful palm tree views from one terrace or you can also enjoy views of the gorgeous blue of the Mar Menor from the second terrace.
The third bedroom is also on this floor and has twin beds that again can also be adapted to kingsize if required. There are floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes and a doors to an additional balcony area. There is also a bathroom on this floor with bath/shower unit and twin sinks.
SECOND FLOOR
If all the balconies and terraces at Hacienda del Golf weren´t enough for you, you will find yet another here on the second floor. This area is best enjoyed at night with a glass of something chilled and taking in the bejewelled view of sparkling lights glistening in the distance.
