LOUNGE
The lounge is bright and spacious with juliet balcony that overlooks the Mar Menor and surrounding La Manga Club. Comfortable sofas and British tv is offered in this lovely example of a Bellaluz Apartment
BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS
The master bedroom has a large double bed, floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets supplying plenty of storage space. There is a chest or drawers with a dressing mirror and air conditioning. The master bedroom also has the added bonus of en-suite shower room with walk-in shower.
The twin bedroom has two single beds that can be easily adapted to a king size if required and air conditioning. There are fitted wardrobes, two bed side cabinets and an additional en-suite shower room with wash hand basin and WC.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is spacious and is very well equipped with fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, a microwave, a toaster and kettle. The ceramic hob is electric and electric oven with extractor. There is plenty of space and an open window looking into the living area.
DINING AREA
To the rear of the property is a separate dining room.
OUTSIDE
To the rear of the property there is a small furnished balcony ideal for sitting with a nice cool glass of wine watching the world go by. The community of Bellaluz has one of the best swimming pools on the resort. There is also an additional childrens pool and play area. The pool bar opens during the high season for drinks and food. Bellaluz Square also has the only spanish style plaza on the resort and for this reason it’s extremely popular with families. During high season you can often find live entertainment here, with bars and restaurants, this really is the place to be!
