Los Molinos comprises 150 villas, which vary in size between one and three bedrooms. The community is set in a slightly elevated position with views towards the Mar Menor Sea. One of the most attractive features is the lovely community swimming pool with feature bridge, which becomes the heart of the community from May to October. Los Molinos or “The Windmills” is a charming community. It’s community pool with feature waterfall, separate children’s pool, poolside bar and seasonal restaurant is it’s focal point. The villa rentals are in traditional Spanish style, feature barbecue terraces with un-spoilt views of La Manga Club and beyond to the Mar Menor.
The jewel in the Los Molinos crown must be the fantastic swimming pool located right in the centre of this great community. Twisting flower and plant lined paths take you through mature landscaped gardens to the huge tropical swimming pool. It is like no other on La Manga Club with a waterfall, picturesque crossing bridge and dotted around are the traditional white windmills from this southern area of Spain. Put together this scene and hub of life at Los Molinos is one of the most attractive settings on La Manga Club. There is a separate children’s pool which means you can sunbathe happy in the knowledge that your children are safe. There is also a pool side bar open during the summer months where you can enjoy cool drinks and lunch time snacks without having to leave the comfort and peace of the pool and gardens area. WOW! what a perfect find in Los Molinos, this villa really ticks every box. Well decorated, modern, bright and fully refurbished to a high standard.
The front of the villa has a lovely space for sitting and enjoying the early mornings and it would be hard to decide out of the 3 terraces which one you would prefer.
Entering the villa you are immediatley focused on the large open plan aspect of the american style kitchen/living area.
The kitchen is contemporary with black granite worktops and grey shacker style cabinetry. There is the all essential dishwasher for ensuring that no time is wasted doing the washing-up. Every mod con has been thought of here and of course no kitchen would be complete without a toaster and kettle.
LOUNGE
A large wall mounted TV takes centre stage with comfortable seating. The stair case takes you up to the furnished roof top solarium with breath taking views of the resort and beyond.
MASTER BEDROOM
A gorgeous picture window makes sure you take in the fantastic views of La Manga Club and La Manga itself. A large double bed awaits you shouldered by bedside cabinets and floor to ceiling wardrobes. The master bedroom also has the added bonus of a large en-suite shower room.
BEDROOM 2
In the second bedroom there are twin beds that can be easily adapted to king size on request, there are bedside cabinets and ample wardrobe space.
FAMILY BATHROOM
The family bathroom has a walk in shower, hand wash basin and large vanity mirror. You will also find a utility room that offers a washer and separate dryer.
